Each year, The Home Education Exchange sends out a Program Plan form to parents along with the Notification Forms.

The Facilitator will work with new home education parents to build a successful and meaningful Program Plan. Because our Facilitators are familiar and experienced in home schooling, they are able to offer a vast array of suggestions and ideas to help make your years exciting and memorable.

The parent is expected to prepare the Program Plan and present it to the Facilitator. The Facilitator is expected to ensure the Program Plan accurately describes what is being carried out in the home education program. If a parent has difficulty in preparing the Program Plan, they may expect the help of their Facilitator during the first visit. This form must be returned to The Home Education Exchange along with the first Reporting Form.
